It’s now possible to load Wii disc images onto a USB hard drive and play them on a Wii without a modchip or any other kind of hardware modification.

This is great news for people who:
– are too lazy to get up and swap discs when switching games.
– have children and want to rid themselves of fragile physical media. (me)
– are pirates.

Here’s a video of the loader in action. These hacker guys are no slouches – this looks like a professional, official application from Nintendo.
