I like getting shoulder and neck massages.
If science ever invents a machine that can massage your shoulder, neck, and upper-back areas, it would be an incredible thing and mankind would only benefit.
I don’t know if I would have the courage to sit in it, though. The amount of pressure that it would need to apply is pretty high, and I don’t know that I’d trust a machine made of steel and hydraulics to know how much is too much.
Paralyzing myself in the interest of back-massaging science is not on my bucket list.
These are the kinds of things I ponder when I lie in bed awake at 3 in the morning.
