The entire series – all 178 episodes – is being remastered in widescreen 1080p and they’re even recreating every visual effect to make those look good in HD too. The audio’s even getting remixed and bumped from Dolby Pro Logic to DTS Master 7.1!
One of the first episodes to get the special treatment is my favorite TNG episode of all time – The Inner Light.
The first three episodes hit BluRay in January.
